    Cured nitrile with an embedded organic additive. Same Cat III protection, fundamentally different end-of-life chemistry.

    Recycled-cardboard packaging, delivered by electric vehicle across Switzerland. Each box carries instructions and a return code.

    LTE Bio-Boxes consolidate spent gloves at the point of use — at the bench, the prep table, the gate.

    Recover

    Anaerobic digestion at our processing partner in Germany. Microscopy verifies the breakdown; ASTM D5511 governs the methodology.

    Re-feed

    The biogas produced returns to the supply chain — energy input for the next batch of gloves. Waste becomes the next raw material.

I sell a glove that procurement can defend on price, on protection, and on what it does after the bin.

Luca took full control of LTE GmbH in May 2023, consolidating a family-held trading business founded in 2016 — built around a single conviction: single-use PPE deserves a second life. The company runs out of Nürensdorf in the canton of Zürich, with logistics roots at Zurich Airport and a supply chain that goes from raw latex to spec-out lot delivery. The recovery system is his own, built in-house. The Vebego × SWISS pilot at ZRH was its first proof outside the lab.
